黔东南苗族传统工艺特色产业是我国非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分,也是当地乡村振兴的重要抓手,具有鲜明的地域文化特征,彰显了精益求精的手工技术,体现了独一无二的艺术创新等优势,但目前面临着追求经济效益却忽略传统工艺保护,固守传统工艺但开发不充分,群众基础好但开发动力不足等障碍。因此,坚持守正创新是黔东南苗族传统工艺特色产业实现高质量发展的有效路径。守正,即守住当地传统工艺的“根”,让每件手工艺品注入传统工艺的生命力,体现地域文化、技术、艺术等特色;创新,即放眼市场进行资源配置,在人才培养模式、产业合作方式和知识产权利用等方面进行创新。

The traditional handicraft industry of the Miao in southeastern Guizhou is an important part of China’s intangible cultural heritage and an important starting point for the revitalization of local villages.However,it is currently facing obstacles such as pursuing economic benefits but ignoring the protection of traditional craftsmanship,sticking to traditional craftsmanship but insufficient development,and having a good mass base but insufficient development motivation.Therefore,adhering to integrity and innovation is an effective way to achieve high-quality development of Miao traditional craft industries in southeastern Guizhou.Keeping upright means keeping the“roots”of local traditional craftsmanship,and injecting the vitality of traditional crafts into each handicraft,reflecting the characteristics of regional culture,technology and art innovation,that is,focusing on the market to allocate resources,in the mode of talent training and industrial cooperation.and innovation in the use of intellectual property.
