最大熵模型在植物适生区预测应用中的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 近年来,应用最大熵模型模拟植物适生区的研究迅速增加。本文对最大熵模型应用所涉及的植物物种数量、数据类型以及应用领域等信息进行了分析,结果显示:目前共有154科1051种植物的适生区被模拟,所用环境数据包括气候、地形及土壤等方面,涉及保护生物学、入侵生物学以及亲缘地理学等多个学科领域。基于上述分析,本文总结了最大熵模型应用中存在的问题,并对其未来发展提出了建议。 Researches for simulations of potential geographical distribution of plant using Maxent have received increasing attention in recent years.In this work,the number of plant species,data types and application fields involved in the application of Maxent were analyzed.The results showed that a total of 154 families and 1051 plant species have been used to simulate the potential distribution presently.The environmental factors using in Maxent include climate,soil and topography data,which covered a variety of disciplines,including conservation biology,invasive biology and phylogeography.The problems existing in the application of Maxent model were summarized based on the above analysis,and some suggestions for its future development were put forward.
