基于专利视角的山苍子产业技术创新能力与竞争态势分析

Analysis on technological innovation ability and competitive situation of Litsea cubeba industry from the perspective of patent

山苍子是我国特有的香料植物资源之一,有“天然香料之王”之称,具有非常广阔的发展前景。本文采用专利分析方法,从专利整体申请态势、竞争主体、区域分布等多个维度对山苍子产业开展量化指标分析,从专利视角剖析山苍子产业的技术创新能力以及竞争态势。分析表明:山苍子产业相关专利存在高附加值产品少、技术创新有待提升、应用领域有待拓展等问题,严重影响山苍子产业的进一步发展。同时,本文提出了加大科研投入、加强研究领域纵深发展、促进科技成果转化及注重产业链条的强链、补链等发展建议,以期实现山苍子产业的高质量发展。

Litsea cubeba is mainly distributed in China.It is a traditional essential oil tree species and has a very broad development prospect.In this work,the patent analysis method was adopted to carry out quantitative index analysis of the Litsea cubeba industry from the dimensions including the overall patent application situation,competitive subject,and regional distribution,and to analyze the technological innovation ability and competitive situation of Litsea cubeba industry from the perspective of patent.The results showed that there were some problems in the related patents of Litsea cubeba industry such as uncoordinated application quantity and quality,low achievement conversion rate and uneven distribution among regions,which seriously affected the further development of Litsea cubeba industry.At the same time,we put forward some development suggestions such as increasing scientific research investment,strengthening the in-depth development of research fields,promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and paying attention to the strong chain and supplement chain of industrial chain,to realize the high-quality development of Litsea cubeba industry.
