摘要 针对长江流域“化工围江”困局,梳理长江干流化工园区布局特点,分析水资源管理与保护存在的主要问题,围绕长江“共抓大保护、不搞大开发”的战略部署,对加强沿江水资源管理和保护措施提出建议,为推进国家重大战略布局绿色健康发展提供参考。 With consideration to the dilemma that “chemical industry encircles the river”, the study focuses on features of chemical park distribution in the mainstream of the Yangtze River, and key issues related to water resources management and protection. Suggestions are made regarding strengthening of water resources management and protection under the strategic guidance of “integrated protection and no large-scale development”, in order to provide insight for promoting green and healthy development of the strategy of national significance.
