磨粒形状对轴类零件磨削温度影响的仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了获得不同砂轮磨料类型下轴类零件的磨削加工温度,基于有限元法建立了轴类零件单磨粒磨削模型,研究了圆锥形磨粒和棱锥形磨粒作用下轴类零件的瞬态磨削温度分布,并对比分析了两种磨粒下不同磨削速度、振动频率对轴类零件磨削温度的影响。研究结果表明,棱锥形磨粒作用下的轴类零件磨削温度分布范围较圆锥形磨粒广,磨削温度较圆锥形磨粒高;棱锥形磨粒振动冲击作用更明显,沿轴类零件厚度方向上的振动在一定程度内可以降低轴类零件磨削温度。 In order to obtain the grinding temperature of the shaft part under different types of grinding abrasive wheel,the grinding model of the single abrasive particle for the shaft part is established based on the finite element method.The transient grinding temperature distribution of the shaft part under the conical and pyramid abrasive particle is studied.The influence of varied grinding speed and vibration frequency on the grinding temperature of shaft part under two types of grains are analyzed.The results show that pyramid abrasive particle can obtain wider temperature distribution,and the grinding temperature of pyramid abrasive is higher than that of cone abrasive.The impact of vibration on pyramid abrasive is more obvious than cone abrasive,the vibration along the thickness direction of the shaft part can reduce the grinding temperature of shaft part to a certain extent.
