摘要
针对现有机床夹具综合评价体系的不全面性,结合制造业可持续发展的路线,从5个层面出发,提出15个机床评价指标,使用一种模糊层次分析法(FAHP)和变异系数(Cv)法相结合的赋权方式,同时与灰色关联系数相融合,构成一套机床夹具的综合评价模型(体系),筛选出最符合条件下的机床夹具方案。最后结合零件加工过程中某一个工序的机床夹具选择实例,验证了该模型的可行性。
In view of the incomprehensibility of the existing comprehensive evaluation system of machine tool fixture,combined with the route of sustainable development of manufacturing industry,15 evaluation indexes of machine tool fixture are put forward from five aspects.A fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and coefficient of variation(Cv)method are combined to form a comprehensive evaluation model(system)of machine tool fixture,and the most reasonable scheme of machine tool fixture is selected.Finally,the feasibility of the model is verified by an example of machine tool fixture selection in a process of parts processing.
