摘要
文章采用顶空固相微萃取气质联用仪,对3种杏树叶片的挥发性物质进行提取与鉴定,并通过面积归一法计算各挥发性物质的相对含量。结果表明:3种杏树叶片中共有绿叶性气体、萜烯类、脂肪族化合物、芳香族化合物和脂环族化合物5种类别的28种挥发性物质。山杏叶片中主要为绿叶性气体,含量占75.74%;华县大接杏叶片中绿叶性气体、萜烯类化合物、脂环族化合物比例较高,含量分别为38.6%、25.84%、24.27%;野巴旦杏叶片中萜烯类、芳香族化合物、脂环族化合物比例较高,含量分别为17.12%、22.61%、37.11%。
The volatile compounds of three apricot leaves were extracted and identified by HS-SPME-GC-MS,and their relative contents were calculated by area normalization method.The results showed that there were 28 kinds of volatiles in the leaves of three apricot species,including green leaf,terpenes,aliphatic,aromatic and alicyclic compounds.The proportion of green leaf volitiles was the highest(75.74%)in A.sibirica.The proportion of green leaf volitiles(38.6%),terpene(25.84%)and alicyclic(24.27%)was higher than others in A.vulgaris.The proportion of terpenes(17.12%),aromatic(22.61%)and alicyclic(37.11%)was higher than others in A.communis.
