摘要
文章从菊花移栽机的开发必要性出发,介绍了该机型的工作原理及设计研制过程,该设备包括机架、苗箱、动力系统、移栽系统,复土装置、镇压机构等装置,通过试验验证了该机型的技术参数和机械化效益,解决了菊花人工移栽劳动强度大、生产效率低、成本高的问题。
Starting from the necessity of the development of chrysanthemum transplanter,this paper introduces the working principle and design and development process of this model.The equipment includes frame,seedling box,power system,transplanting system,soil restoring device,pressing mechanism and other devices.Through experiments,the technical parameters and mechanized benefits of this model are verified,which solves the problem of high labor intensity of chrysanthemum transplanting for thousands of years low production efficiency and high cost.
