朔州市杂粮产业发展情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Development of Miscellaneous Grain Industry in Shuozhou City

朔州是北方重要的杂粮生产基地。近年来,朔州市牢固树立践行粮食安全新发展理念,打造“中国杂粮强市”,大力发展小杂粮精深加工,全市小杂粮年加工能力达到28×10^(4)t。朔州杂粮逐步走上从小到大、从有到优、从弱到强的产业发展之路。文章介绍了朔州市杂粮产业发展的现状,分析了存在的问题,并提出针对性建议。

Shuozhou is an important coarse grain production base in North China. In recent years, Shuozhou has firmly established and practiced the new development concept of food security. Vigorously develop the intensive and deep processing of small cereals,and the annual processing capacity of small cereals in the city has reached 28 × 10^(4)t. Shuozhou coarse cereals has gradually embarked on the road of industrial development from small to large, from existing to excellent, and from weak to strong. This paper introduces the current situation of the development of miscellaneous grain industry in Shuozhou, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward targeted suggestions.
