水产品中农药残留检验检测方法探讨

目前,水产品生产与消费是我国经济的重要组成部分之一,水产品已经成为群众蛋白质的一个重要来源。但在农业生产过程中,由于农药使用不规范,导致水资源造成污染,被污染的水资源将被动物吸收到体内,农药在水产品中富集后,摄入人体对人体的健康产生影响。因此,水产品的质量安全直接与国民的身体健康和饮食安全有关,通过对农药检测方法的介绍,分析水产品中农药残留的预处理方法,找出高效检测水产品农药残留的方式,提高我国水产品食品安全质量检测的效率,促进食品健康发展。

At present,the production and consumption of aquatic products is one of the important components of Chinese economy,and aquatic products have become an important source of people's protein.However,in the process of agricultural production,the use of pesticides is not standardized,resulting in the pollution of water resources.The polluted water resources will be absorbed into the body by animals.After pesticides are enriched in aquatic products,their intake will have an impact on human health.Therefore,the quality and safety of aquatic products are directly related to national health and dietary safety.Through the introduction of pesticide detection methods,this paper analyzes the pretreatment methods of pesticide residues in aquatic products,finds out the ways to detect pesticide residues in aquatic products efficiently,improves the efficiency of food safety and quality detection of aquatic products in China,and promotes the healthy development of food.
