气象短视频因其具有灵活生动、制作简便、快速传播等优势,能有效增强人们的气象灾害防控意识,提高气象服务水平,在防灾减灾工作中得到广泛应用。气象短视频在防灾减灾工作中应用还存在许多不足,特别是在气象产品制作、受众需求考虑、多平台推送等方面。文章对气象短视频在防灾减灾工作中的应用作用进行细致阐述,并围绕气象防灾减灾工作开展现状,从开展气象科普宣传、发布灾害预警信息、增强受众之间互动、天气实时实景发布等方面入手,提出几点有效气象短视频在防灾减灾工作中的应用策略。

Meteorological short video can effectively enhance people's awareness of meteorological disaster prevention and control,improve the level of meteorological service,and is widely used in disaster prevention and reduction because of its flexible and vivid,simple production and rapid dissemination.There are still many deficiencies in the application of meteorological short video in disaster prevention and reduction,especially in the production of meteorological products,consideration of audience needs,multi platform push and so on.This paper expounds the application role of meteorological short video in disaster prevention and reduction in detail,and puts forward some effective application strategies of meteorological short video in disaster prevention and reduction from the aspects of meteorological science popularization,release of disaster early warning information,enhancement of interaction between audiences and real-time weather release.
