基于PLC和MCGS的海绵钛自动转运上料系统

摘要 为了解决传统钛合金生产过程中,作为主要原材料的海绵钛转运输送效率低下,人员劳动强度大等缺陷。设计了基于PLC和MCGS触摸屏的海绵钛自动转运上料系统。该装置由西门子S7-200SMART PLC控制器、环形输送机、辊道移载机、海绵钛上料机、MCGS触摸屏、检测传感器等检测执行模块构成。通过合理的软件编程,实现了海绵钛料桶称重、缓存转运、自动上料并与上游挑料机联动等功能。运行结果表明:物料转运效率提升1倍,节省人工2人以上。 In order to solve faults of low transportation efficiency of sponge titanium as the main raw material and high labor intensity of personnel during the traditional titanium alloy production process, the automatic transfer and feeding system of sponge titanium based on PLC and MCGS touch screen has been designed.The device is composed of Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC controller, circular conveyor, roller transfer machine,sponge titanium feeder, MCGS touch screen, detection sensor and other detection execution modules. Through reasonable software programming, the functions of titanium sponge bucket weighing, buffer transfer, automatic feeding and linkage with the upstream picking machine have been realized. The operation results show that the material transfer efficiency is doubled, while the labor is saved by more than two people.
