摘要 随着教育现代化理念的提出,因材施教、学生的个性化培养受到重视。混合式教学与该理念完全契合,能发挥重要作用。以湖北科技职业学院2020级财务管理专业学生为例,对财务会计实务课程学习满意度的影响因素进行实证研究,构建影响学生满意度的模型,利用统计学方法揭示影响学生满意度的主要因素,并初步探讨提高混合式教学效果的对策建议,从而促进“以学生为中心”的专业课混合式教学模式的完善。 With the proposal of the concept of educational modernization,teaching students according to their aptitude and personalized training of students have been paid attention to.Hybrid teaching is completely consistent with this concept and can play an important role.Taking 2020 financial management students of Hubei Science and Technology College as an example,this paper makes an empirical study on the factors influencing the learning satisfaction of financial accounting practice courses,constructs the model of influencing factors on teaching,reveals the main factors affecting students'satisfaction with a statistics method initially,and discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effect of hybrid teaching,so as to improve the"student-centered"hybrid teaching mode of professional courses.
