乐于好施还是避而远之?——被妒忌对员工帮助行为的影响研究 被引量:1

“Be Willing to Give”or“Stay Away”?Research on the Influence of Being Envied on Employees'Helping Behavior

摘要 职场妒忌在工作中司空见惯,以往研究侧重于探讨妒忌者的行为和影响,却未能重视被妒忌者在面对妒忌时会产生何种行为表现。从被妒忌者的视角出发,基于情感事件理论,构建以心理安全感为中介变量、中庸思维为调节变量的被妒忌对员工帮助行为影响的机制模型,来探讨中国情境下被妒忌对员工帮助行为的影响机制和边界条件。运用SPSS和MPLUS软件对224份有效问卷进行实证分析,研究结果表明:被妒忌对员工帮助行为有显著的负向影响;心理安全感在被妒忌与帮助行为之间具有部分中介作用;中庸思维在心理安全感与帮助行为之间具有负向调节作用;中庸思维调节了被妒忌通过心理安全感对帮助行为影响的中介过程,从而表现出被调节的中介作用。 It is quite common for jealousy to work.Previous studies have focused on the behavior and influence of the person being envied,but do not pay attention to the person that envied when faced with a envy of behavior.Therefore,from the perspective of being envied,based on the theory of affective events,construct a psychological sense of security as mediator variables,Zhong-Yong Thinking thought is jealous for moderating variable affect employees help behavior mechanism model,to explore China's situation was envy of employees help behavior mechanism and the influence of boundary conditions.Using SPSS and MPLUS software to analyze 224 valid questionnaires,the results show that being envied has a significant negative effect on helping behavior;Psychological sense of security plays a partial mediating role between being envied and helping behavior;Zhong-Yong Thinking pattern has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between psychological security and helping behavior,and Zhong-Yong Thinking pattern moderates the indirect effect of being envied on helping behavior through psychological security.
