摘要
利用Moldflow软件对座椅护板注射成型过程进行分析,对填充时间、填充压力、流动前沿温度、熔接痕的大小和质量、气穴位置、塑件的冷却时间和表面温度等参数进行了模拟,根据分析结果对模具结构进行了优化设计。经实际生产验证,塑件尺寸、外观均符合要求,达到了预期效果。
The Moldflow software was used to study the injection moulding process of a seat guard,and the filling time, filling pressure, front fluid temperature, the size and quality of weld line, the location of air pockets, the cooling time, and surface temperature of the product were simulated and analyzed. According to the analysis results, the structure of the mould was optimized. The actual production proved that the size and appearance of the product met the requirements and achieved the expected results.
