摘要
针对锻造全过程、全覆盖、无遗漏的适时性过程控制要求,对“潜在锻造准工序”涉及的锻造首锻和锻造尾锻进行研究,研究结果表明:锻造首锻的重要作用是在第一时间内能快速观察、发现、判断、确认锻造首锻(或锻造首件)是否合格、有无锻造异常问题以及能否继续进行锻造首锻过程以后的批量锻造生产,可为锻造首件以及前期锻造工艺过程的精细化锻造奠定良好的适时性过程控制基础;锻造尾锻的重要作用是在第一时间内能快速观察、发现、判断、确认锻造尾锻(或锻造尾件)是否合格、有无锻造异常问题以及是否影响下一锻造工艺过程的首锻锻件质量,可为锻造尾件以及后期锻造工艺过程精细化锻造提供有力的适时性过程控制保障。
For the whole forging process, full coverage, no omission of timely process control requirements, the first forging and the tail forging involved in "potential quasi-forging processes" were studied. The results showed that the important function of the first forging was to observe,find, judge, and confirm whether the first forging(or the forging first piece) was qualified and whether there were abnormal forging problems, as well as whether the forging process and batch forging production could continue, which could lay a good foundation of normal and timely process control for refine forging in the early forging process. The important function of tail forging was to observe, find, judge, and confirm whether the tail forging(or forging tail parts) was qualified, whether there were forging abnormal problems and be able to determine whether the quality of the first forging process of the next forging process was affected, tail forging provided a strong guarantee of normal and timely process control for the fine forging process.
