高职院校模具设计与制造专业招生及就业现状研究

Research on enrollment and employment status of die design and manufacturing major in higher vocational colleges

通过实地走访调研,分别从技术工人待遇、毕业生特点、高职院校人才培养模式、模具企业文化建设等方面分析了近年来高职院校模具专业招生和就业状况堪忧、毕业生流失严重这一社会现象产生的根源。针对模具一线员工待遇、高职院校人才培养水平以及模具毕业生未来职业发展方向等方面提出了相关对策和建议。

Through field visits and investigations, it analyzed the root causes of the social problem that the enrollment and employment status of die & mould major in higher vocational colleges was worrying in recent years, and the graduate loss was serious from the perspectives of the treatment of skilled workers, the characteristics of graduates, the talent training model of higher vocational colleges, and the construction of die & mould enterprise culture. Furthermore, it put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the salary of front-line employees in die & mould industry,the level of talent training in higher vocational colleges, and the future career development direction of die & mould graduates.
