邻校城中村公共空间优化模式探索--以西安市张康东村为例

Exploration on the Optimization Mode of Public Space in Urban Village Adjacent to the School:A Case of Zhang Kangdong Village in Xi’an

邻校城中村是城中村的一种特殊表现形式,是高校周边范围内的居民从事生产的据点,是为高校师生提供服务的城中村。当下,邻校城中村在为原住居民提供庇护,为高校师生提供服务的同时,其矛盾和问题也如雨后春笋般涌现,如一直被诟病的居住环境较差、商住结构杂乱、建筑密度过大、消防隐患严重等问题,对城市与周边高校的景观风貌与居民生活都有严重影响,已经无法对此问题置之不理。基于此,本文从张康东村公共空间现实问题的角度出发,以改善张康东村公共空间环境质量为目标,对邻校城中村的概念内涵、演变历程、驱动机制,以及其与高校的关系进行综述,分析张康东村现状情况,试图通过张康东村的问题探索出具有普适意义的城中村公共空间更新策略,提出系统化、人性化、协同化的原位更新原则。

Urban village adjacent to the school has become a special form of urban villages,in which the residents surrounding the colleges and universities engage in production and provides services for teachers and students in the university.Nowadays,the village adjacent to the school in the city provides assistance for local residents and services for teachers and students in the university.However,there are many contradictions and problems springing up,like poor living environment that has always been criticized,disordered structure of commercial and residential property,excessive building density and serious fire hazards,and so on,which has a bad impact on the scene and life of the residents in the city and universities around and can’t be ignored.Based on the above,from the perspective of the realities of the public space in Zhang Kangdong village,and taking the environmental quality improvement of the public space in Zhang Kangdong village as the goal,this paper summarizes the concept connotation,evolution process,driving mechanism of the urban village adjacent to the school and its relationship with colleges and universities,and analyzes the current situation of Zhang Kangdong village to try to make a universal update strategy of public space in urban villages and then put forward the update principle of systematization,humanization and coordination from the problems in Zhang Kangdong village.
