随着我国城市发展进入转型阶段,生活圈理念逐渐得到关注。近年来,国家不断出台关于改善住区环境的相关政策,强调土地的高效利用和空间的合理规划,注重以人为本,提升城市生活品质。在分析思考人居共享空间规划设计发展现状及存在问题的基础上,结合未来社区发展方向,以更为适宜的角度、更加多元的手法探索并提出解决方案,尝试以立体新空间的组合形式来改善、解决住区规划发展中遇到的问题,优化人居环境,共享美好生活。对我国当前老旧小区提升改造及未来城市布局发展具有积极的借鉴意义。

With the urban development in our country entering the transition stage,the concept of life circle has gradually attracted more and more attention.In recent years,the state has continuously issued relevant policies on improving the residential environment,emphasizing the efficient use of land and reasonable planning of space,focusing on people-orientation and improving the quality of urban life.On the basis of analyzing and thinking about the development status and existing problems of the planning and design of the shared living space,combined with the future development direction of the community,the paper explores and proposes solutions from a more suitable angle with more diversified methods,and tries to use the combination of three-dimensional new space.It aims to improve and solve the problems encountered in the planning and development of residential areas,to optimize the living environment,and to share a better life.It has a positive reference for the upgrading and transformation of old communities in our country and the development of future urban layout.
