黄河支流景观治理与构建策略分析--以菏泽市宋金河为例

Study on the Landscape Management and Construction Strategies for the Tributaries of the Yellow River:A Case of Songjin River in Heze

前几年菏泽市以经济增速为目标,大量开发建设和排放污水,造成宋金河流域的水质不断恶化,暴露出防洪结构不完善、水生结构的退化等问题。随着习主席“绿水青山就是金山银山”的科学论断和对黄河治理的高度重视,宋金河的治理工作也逐步取得成果。夯实基础设施建设、运用景观生态手段、传承菏泽文化脉络,宋金河在修复建设的同时也在为菏泽市产业发展助力。通过对宋金河景观设计手段进行梳理,从分段治理、河流共生、弹性发展三个方面总结策略,为菏泽市乃至黄河支流治理和发展提供可参考策略。

In the past several years,Heze took economic growth as the goal,developed a large amount of construction and discharged sewage,causing the water quality of the Songjin River Basin to deteriorate continuously,exposing problems such as imperfect flood control structure and degradation of aquatic structure.Following Chairman Xi’s scientific conclusion that“Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver”and his great emphasis on the governance of the Yellow River,Songjin River’s governance work has gradually achieved results.Consolidating infrastructure construction,using landscape ecological means,and inheriting Heze’s cultural heritage,the restoration and construction of Songjin River also promotes the industrial development of Heze.Through sorting out the landscape design methods of Songjin River,the strategies are summarized from three aspects:subdivision management,river symbiosis,and flexible development,so as to provide reference strategies for the management and development of Heze and even the tributaries of the Yellow River.
