摘要
主缆作为悬索桥的主要承重构件,存在日常养护难度大、内部材料劣化情况检查困难,且在目前的技术条件下无法做到对主缆进行更换等弊端。因此,近年来大部分悬索桥在建设初期就已经考虑在主缆内部安装除湿系统,外部增加缠包带的方式来对主缆进行防护,但对于运行年限较长且未进行缠包带防护的悬索桥,由于涂装老化、机械破坏等原因引起主缆内部气密性不佳,已严重影响主缆除湿系统的除湿效果。本文以运行超过十余年的某在役悬索桥为研究对象,通过在主缆表面增加缠包带的防护方式来分析其对主缆除湿效果的影响。
As the main load-bearing component of the suspension bridge,the main cable has disadvantages,such as difficulty in daily maintenance,inspection of internal material deterioration,and the inability to replace the main cable under current technical conditions.Therefore,in recent years,most suspension bridges have considered installing a dehumidification system inside the main cable at the early stage of construction,and adding wrapping tape outside to protect the main cable.However,for suspension bridges that have been in service for a long time and are not protected by wrapping tape,the internal airtightness of the main cable is poor due to aging paint and mechanical damage,which has seriously affected the dehumidification effect of the dehumidification system of the main cable.This paper takes an in-service suspension bridge that has been in operation for more than 10 years as the research object,and analyzes its influence on the dehumidification effect of the main cable by adding a protective method of wrapping tape on the surface of the main cable.
