摘要 在磁异常探测过程中,地磁传感器由于制作环节的不确定性所造成的自身误差,以及安装探测系统时的安装误差,共同影响地磁传感器测量值的准确性。采用基于椭球拟合的集成误差校准方法,通过传感器三轴旋转所得数据,进行椭球拟合之后,摈弃以往采用方程式之间相对比的方法,利用所拟合椭球的几何特性进行代数求解,所得传感器误差系数完成校准。并通过实际实验对RM3100地磁传感器进行校准实验,所得结果表明校准后磁场强度测量均方根误差小于80 nT,说明此方法可以对地磁传感器进行有效的校准。 In the process of magnetic anomaly detection, the self error of geomagnetic sensor due to the uncertainty of the production process and the installation error of the detection system jointly affect the accuracy of the measured value of geomagnetic sensor.The integrated error calibration method based on ellipsoid fitting is adopted. After the data obtained by rotating the sensor on three axes, the ellipsoid fitting is performed, and the previous method of comparing equations between equations is discarded, and the geometric characteristics of the fitted ellipsoid are used for algebraic solution.The obtained sensor error coefficient is calibrated.The RM3100 geomagnetic sensor is calibrated through actual experiments. The results show that the root mean square error of the magnetic field intensity measurement after calibration is less than 80 nT,indicating that this method can effectively calibrate the geomagnetic sensor.
