装配式建筑外墙拼缝用密封胶的性能分析及施工工艺 被引量:8

摘要 为提升装配式建筑外墙的防水密封效果,采用实验研究的方式对建筑外墙拼缝用4种密封胶的性能进行测试。结果表明:装配式建筑专用密封胶,以聚氨酯为主要材料制成的密封胶多方面性能均次于由自制装配式建筑专用硅酮密封胶、单组分硅烷改性聚醚密封胶和专用单组分硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的性能,其中硅烷改性聚醚胶的综合性能较为优异。通过混凝土材料构件完成预制,有利于提升装配式建筑的防水密封性能,最大限度地预防水流渗透现象的发生。建议对建筑进行拼缝操作时,可配合底涂液一同使用。在实际施工过程中,应加强对质量的把关以及各个环节的有效把控。为保证装配式外墙的施工效果,选用低模量密封胶作为拼缝专用胶,可有效强化建筑物的防水效果。 In order to improve the waterproof sealing effect of assembled building exterior wall,the performance of sealant used for building exterior wall joint was tested by experimental study.The test results show that the performance of PU is inferior to the other three sealants in many aspects,and the comprehensive performance of silane modified polyether adhesive is superior.The precast of concrete components is beneficial to improve the waterproof and sealing performance of prefabricated buildings and prevent water penetration to the maximum extent.It is recommended to use the bottom coating together with the joint operation of the building.In the actual construction process,quality control and effective control of each link should be strengthened.To ensure the construction effect of assembled exterior wall,the construction technology of sealant is introduced,and the low modulus sealant is selected as the special sealant for joint,which can effectively strengthen the waterproof effect of buildings.
