摘要
以LiOH·H_(2)O、FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O和H_(3)PO_(4)为原料,采用CTAB辅助水热法合成LiFePO_(4)/C复合正极材料。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和充放电等测试技术研究了材料的形貌及倍率充放电性能。结果表明,添加0.32 g CTAB所得LiFePO_(4)/C样品具有最好的电化学性能,在0.1 C、0.2C、0.5C和1C倍率下,样品的首次放电比容量分别为143、133、113和94(mA·h)/g。
LiFePO_(4)/C composite cathode materials were synthesized by CTAB assisted hydrothermal method with LiOH·H_(2)O,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O and H_(3)PO_(4) as raw materials.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and charge discharge techniques were used to study the morphology and rate charge discharge properties of the materials.The results show that LiFePO_(4)/C samples with 0.32g CTAB have the best electrochemical properties.The first discharge specific capacities of the samples are 143,133,113 and 94(mA·h)/g at 0.1 C,0.2 C,0.5 C and 1C rates,respectively.
