摘要
分析了不同工装结构的优缺点,对于某型选用牌号CYCOM 970/PWC T3003K环氧树脂增强碳纤维预浸料的民用支线飞机8米级C型实体层压复合材料梁,确定采用凸模铺贴和凹模固化的制造方案,预先设计厚度为3.48 mm的特征试验件,评估不同类型压力垫制备试件质量;整条式硅橡胶压力垫制备的3#试件,无损及外观、厚度均满足要求。选用整条式硅橡胶压力垫,使用凸模铺贴和凹模固化,制造出合格的8 m级C型梁零件。
Aircraft composite parts are highly dependent on the mould.Based on the assembly requirements,the designer needs to specify the filling surface.The forming mould of C-shape composite spar include punch and concave mould.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different tooling structures.For the 8-meters-class C-shape laminated composite spar made of CYCOM 970/PWC T3003K epoxy resin reinforced carbon fiber prepreg which used on a civil branch aircraft,this paper verified the manufacturing process which layup with punch and cure with concave mould.Test part with a thickness of 3.48mm was designed to evaluate the specimen quality prepared by different types of pressure pads.The NDT result,appearance and thickness qualities of the 3#specimen which manufactured by one piece silicone rubber pressure pad all meet the requirements.Then layup with punch and cure with concave mould,manufacture the 8-meters-class C-type laminated composite spar meeting engineering requirements by one piece silicone rubber pressure pad.
