高支模区退台式倾斜圆管柱施工技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 工程4栋主楼造型设计均以不规则退台式圆弧造型为主,设计结构复杂,施工难度大。作为工程施工重难点之一的公共卫生管理中心东侧34.8 m大厅包含了超高大倾斜圆钢管混凝土柱且圆管柱均由钢筋混凝土钢梁连接并层层缩进。为保证大厅的施工安全和质量,对34.8 m高支模区内退台式倾斜圆管柱安装施工方法进行探究,确立一种高支模区退台式倾斜圆管柱施工安装的新方法,既保证了现场的施工安全,又保证了现场的施工质量。 The shape design of the four main buildings in this project was based on the irregular back table arc shape,therefore the design structure was complex and the construction was difficult.As one of the key and difficult points of the project construction,the 34.8m hall on the east side of 1A building contained super tall inclined circular steel tube concrete columns,and the layers of circular steel tube columns were connected by reinforced concrete beams and retracted layer by layer.In order to ensure the construction safety and quality of the hall,the project management personnel explored the installation and construction method of the inclined circular steel tube columns in the 34.8m high formwork area,and established a kind of high formwork area retraction construction technology of inclined round pipe column.
