基于碘131分析仪的碘吸收率试验研究

摘要 针对甲状腺对碘吸收率的检验时间长,为患者和医护人员带来诸多不变的问题,研究考虑到甲状腺对碘[^(131)I]吸收的自身规律,基于碘131分析仪,通过测定患者服药后2、3、4、5和24 h的摄碘[^(131)I]率,利用回归方法推算出24 h时的摄碘率。并与实际测量得到的24 h的摄碘率值进行比较,得到推算结果与实测值的相关系数。结果表明:随着时间的延长,甲状腺对碘吸收逐渐稳定;服药后6 h内2个测定时间点摄碘率联合推算得到的结果能较为准确反映24 h时的摄碘率;增加测定时间点联合推算并不能改进推测与实测值的相关性。 In view of the long test time of thyroid iodine absorption rate,which brings many unchangeable problems for patients and medical staff,this study took into account the law of thyroid iodine-131 absorption,measured the iodine uptake rate of patients at 2,3,4,5 and 24 h respectively after taking medicine,then calculated the iodine intake rate at 24 h by regression method and compared with the actual situation.The correlation coefficient between the calculated results and the measured values was obtained.The results showed that with the extension of time,the uptake of iodine-131 by thyroid gradually became stable;the combined calculation of iodine uptake rate at two measuring time points within 6 hours after taking medicine could accurately reflect the iodine uptake rate at 24 h;increasing the determination time point could not improve the correlation between the conjecture and the measured value.
