不中断交通条件下的板梁桥铰缝修复系统用胶粘剂的性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对不中断交通条件下的板梁桥铰缝修复系统用胶粘剂,包括专用于铰缝灌注的环氧结构胶粘剂和封闭铰缝专用的环氧结构胶粘剂进行了实验探究,结果表明:对于铰缝灌注的环氧结构胶粘剂,稀释剂加量对凝胶时间几乎无影响,改性酚醛胺(D1)和改性聚醚胺(D2)的不同配比对凝胶时间影响较大,胶粘剂的黏度大小和凝胶时间的快慢影响施工效率。对于封闭铰缝专用的环氧结构胶粘剂,随着改性脂环胺固化剂添加量的增加,黏度逐渐变小,凝胶时间不断延长。在实际工况中,既要满足足够的施工时间,又要不能影响下一步注胶工序;触变剂的添加量会影响胶粘剂的触变指数和流挂性,随着触变剂添加量的增加,触变指数不断增大,流挂性越好。 The adhesive used in the hinge joint repair system of slab girder bridge under the condition of uninterrupted traffic,including epoxy structural adhesive specially used for hinge joint pouring and epoxy structural adhesive specially used for closing hinge joint,was experimentally explored.The results of epoxy adhesive poured into hinge joints show that the amount of diluent has little effect on the gelation time of epoxy adhesive,and the ratio of D1(Modified phenolic amine)and D2(Modified polyether amine)has great effect on the gelation time,the viscosity of adhesive and the speed of gelation time affect the efficiency of construction.The results of epoxy adhesive for closed hinge joints show that with the increase of curing agent dosage of modified alicyclic amine,the viscosity decreased gradually and the gelation time increased continuously.In the actual working condition,it not only should meet the construction time,but also could not affect the next injection process.With the increase of thixotropic agent dosage,the thixotropic index increased continuously and the sagging property had better performance.
