利用网闸实现病案首页数据的自动上报

Automatic Reporting Platform of the Home Page Data of Medical Records Using Gatekeeper

目的改变传统手工上报模式,实现病案首页数据自动、及时、准确上报。方法借助信息化手段,采用网闸实现内外网数据的交换,在自动上报平台详细设计中,给出详细的网闸应用拓扑图、安全策略部署、网络配置、文件交换策略及上报流程,并对自动上报效果进行分析。结果实现了医院病案首页数据和医疗质量监测网的数据自动对接,在国内较早实现病案首页数据的自动上报,提高了数据上报的质量和效率,加强了医疗服务监管、促进医疗质量的持续改进。结论保障了数据上报及时、完整、准确,避免了手动上报不及时、效率低、存在安全隐患、容易出错等缺点,这对于实现数据上报的自动化、信息化,增强上报数据来源的准确性,具有十分重要的意义。

Objective To realize the automatic,timely and accurate reporting of the data on the home page of medical records by changing the traditional manual reporting mode.Methods With the help of information means,the gatekeep was used to realize the exchange of internal and external network data.In the detailed design of the automatic reporting platform,the detailed gatekeeper application topology,security policy deployment,network configuration,file exchange strategy and reporting process were given,and its effect was analyzed.Results The automatic connection between the data on the home page of hospital medical records and the data of medical quality monitoring network was realized.The platferm improved the quality and efficiency of data reporting,strengthed the supervision of medical services and promoted the continuous improvement of medical quality.Conclusion The platform ensures timely,complete and accurate data reporting,and avoids the shortcomings of manual reporting,such as untimely reporting,low efficiency,potential safety risks,error prone.It has great significance to realize the automation and informatization of data reporting and enhance the accuracy of reporting data sources.
