8S质量管理在外来手术器械管理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of 8S Quality Management in the Management of External Surgical Instruments

目的探究8S质量管理在外来手术器械管理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年6—12月期间,我院未实施8S管理前的外来手术器械140包作为对照组;选取2021年1—6月,开展8S质量管理后的外来手术器械140包作为试验组,对比实施8S管理前后两组器械的污染率、损坏率、丢失率、湿包率及消毒合格率。结果实施8S管理后,试验组器械污染率、损坏率、丢失率以及湿包率均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组消毒合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论8S质量管理模式可有效减少外来手术器械的污染率、损坏发生率等,提升外来器械的管理质量,应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the application value of 8S quality management in the management of external surgical instruments.Methods From June to December 2020,a total of 140 packs of external surgical instruments before 8S quality management in our hospital were selected as the control group;from January to June 2021,a total of 140 packs of external surgical instruments after the implementation of 8S quality management were selected as the control group.The contamination rate,damage rate,loss rate,wet pack rate and disinfection pass rate of the two groups of instruments before and after the implementation of 8S quality management were compared.Results After the implementation of 8S quality management,the equipment contamination rate,damage rate,loss rate and wet pack rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disinfection qualified rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 8S quality management mode can effectively reduce the pollution rate and damage rate of foreign surgical instruments,improve the management quality of foreign instruments,and has high application value.
