基于MSCT及后处理技术在气管憩室中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 气管憩室(Tracheal Diverticulum,TD)是一种少见的良性病变,多发于胸廓入口平面气管的右后壁,表现为类圆形、小泡状或不规则状的囊性结构,其内多含气体。通常无临床症状及体征,多数由胸部CT偶然发现,而多层螺旋CT(Multi-Slice Spiral CT,MSCT)及其后处理技术在TD诊断中具有重要价值,通过后处理技术(例如多平面重组、最小密度投影、容积再现及CT仿真内镜等)可以提高TD的检出率,以及能够清晰显示其影像学特点。然而,MSCT及后处理技术在TD中的使用仍有诸多缺陷,有待于进一步改善和提高,本文就近年来基于MSCT及后处理技术在TD中的应用进展进行综述。 Tracheal diverticulum(TD)is a rare benign lesion,which usually occurs on the right posterior wall of the trachea at the thoracic entrance plane.It presents as a round,vesicular or irregular cystic structure with many gases in it.Usually there are no clinical symptoms and signs,and most of them are incidentally found by chest CT.However,multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and its post-treatment techniques are of great value in the diagnosis of TD.Through post-processing techniques such as multi-planar reformation,minimum density projection,volume rendering and CT virtual endoscopy can improve the detection rate of TD,and can clearly show its imaging characteristics.However,there are still many defects in the application of MSCT and post-processing technology in TD,which need to be further improved and enhanced.This paper reviewed the application progress of MSCT and post-processing technology in TD in recent years.
