摘要
由于质子具有良好的剂量沉积特性,质子治疗已成为当今国际社会公认的先进、精确且适用于多种肿瘤的治疗手段。本文在概述质子放疗特点的基础上,总结了国内外医用质子加速器的发展现状,介绍了质子治疗的物理和生物学特性、质子治疗临床相关技术研究进展及挑战,主要包括治疗计划系统、束流与宽展技术、图像引导技术、运动管理技术以及质子FLASH治疗。旨在帮助读者了解质子治疗的现状,把握未来质子放疗的发展方向。
Due to the good dose deposition properties,proton therapy has become an advanced,precise and suitable treatment method for various tumors recognized by the international community today.On the basis of outlining the characteristics of proton radiotherapy,this paper summarized the development status of medical proton accelerators at home and abroad,introduced the physical and biological characteristics of proton therapy,and the research progress and challenges of proton therapy related to clinical technologies,including treatment planning system,beam and stretching techniques,image-guided techniques,motion management techniques,and proton FLASH therapy.This paper aimed to help readers understand the current situation of proton therapy and grasp the development direction of proton radiotherapy in the future.
