摘要
目的分析MR系统主磁体、射频、线圈、梯度等硬件导致的常见图像伪影,探讨其产生原因及处理对策,消除或抑制伪影。方法收集近年来我院MR设备遇到的伪影11例,其中主磁体导致伪影1例,射频导致伪影3例,线圈导致伪影4例,梯度导致伪影2例,其他1例。具体分析干扰伪影、梯度线性变差伪影,归纳几种MR硬件相关伪影的特征,分析其产生原因,制定合理的解决方案。结果通过对MR图像伪影特征进行分析,找到伪影的来源,11例伪影中4例更换故障部件后消除,5例通过软件校准消除或减轻,2例通过移除干扰源解决,伪影均消除或减轻。结论通过对MR硬件相关伪影特征及原因进行分析,判断其来源,制定相应的矫正措施,可以抑制或消除伪影,同时为设备的故障排除提供借鉴。
Objective To eliminate or suppress the artifacts by analyzing the common image artifacts caused by the main magnet,radio frequency(RF),coil,gradient and other hardware of MR system,and discussing the causes and treatment countermeasures.Methods A total of 11 cases of artifacts encountered by MR equipment in our hospital in recent years were collected,including 1 case of artifacts caused by main magnetic,3 cases caused by RF,4 cases caused by coil,2 cases caused by gradient and 1 case caused by other hardware.The interference artifact and gradient linear variation artifact were analyzed in detail,the characteristics and causes of artifacts caused by MR hardware were analyzed,and corresponding solutions were formulated.Results By analyzing the characteristics of MR image artifacts,the sources of artifacts were found.Among the 11 cases of artifacts,4 artifacts were eliminated after replacing the faulty components,5 artifacts were eliminated or mitigated by software calibration,and 2 artifacts were eliminated by removing the interference source.The image artifacts were eliminated or reduced.Conclusion The artifacts can be suppressed or eliminated by analyzing the characteristics and causes of artifacts,judging the source and formulating corresponding corrective measures,which also provides reference for equipment troubleshooting.
