摘要
文章研究的主要对象为建筑高处大悬挑结构模板支撑架施工技术,结合具体施工项目,了解建筑高处大悬挑结构模板支撑架的施工难点。传统施工技术根本不能满足施工建筑需要,并且明确建筑高处大悬挑结构模板支撑架施工在安全、技术与质量方面的要求。通过案例分析与技术剖析的方法,发现攻克建筑高处大悬挑结构模板支撑架施工难点的方法,从施工准备工作开始,对每一项施工步骤进行分析:预埋件的安装、混凝土的搅拌与振捣、支撑杆的施工、悬挑板安装、支撑架安装与拆除等,由此达到提高建筑高处大悬挑结构模板支撑架施工质量的目的。
The main object of this paper is the construction technology of formwork support frame of highrise large cantilever structure. Combined with specific construction projects, this paper understands the construction difficulties of formwork support frame of high-rise large cantilever structure. The traditional construction technology can not meet the construction needs at all, and clarify the requirements of highrise and large-scale construction in terms of safety, technology and quality. Through the method of case analysis and technical analysis, it is found that the method to overcome the difficulties in the construction of formwork support frame of large-scale selection and adjustment structure at high altitude. Starting from the construction preparation, each construction step is analyzed, including the installation of embedded parts, the mixing and vibration of concrete, the construction of support rod, the installation of cantilever plate, the installation and removal of support frame, etc, Thus, the purpose of improving the construction quality of formwork support frame of high-rise large cantilever structure is achieved.
