摘要
针对钢丝绳张紧液压系统频繁故障,严重影响生产作业问题,经深入分析,通过加装蓄能器等相关控制元件方式,对现有液压控制系统进行软硬件改造。实践表明,该改造方案可以有效降低液压环境温度,减缓密封件硬化、破损,进而提升钢丝绳张紧液压系统整体稳定性。
In the view of the frequent faults of the steel wire rope tensioning hydraulic system,which seriously affect the production operation,and through in-depth analysis,the software and hardware of the existing hydraulic control system are reformed by adding the accumulator and other relevant control elements.The practice shows that the retro⁃fit can effectively reduce the hydraulic ambient temperature,slow down the hardening and damage of seals,and then improve the overall stability of steel wire rope tensioning hydraulic system.
