摘要
开展学科国际评估,是对标国际标准建设世界一流学科的内在要求,也是检视学科建设成效的重要方式,更是驱动学科内涵建设的重要抓手。围绕学科国际评估的研究现状,基于天津大学“SPI-IP”学科国际评估的工作实例,运用UCINET等分析工具进行系统分析,提出坚持中国特色和世界一流“双考量”、自我和专家“双评议”、问题和目标“双导向”的国际评估新思路。
International evaluation of disciplines is the inherent requirement of developing world-class disciplines according to international standards, and it also plays an important role in examining the effectiveness of discipline construction and driving the connotation construction of disciplines. Based on the research status of International evaluation of disciplines and practical cases of the Tianjin University “SPI-IP” model, with the application of UCINET and other analytical tools to carry out systematic analysis, this paper proposes a new idea for international evaluation, which is in line with the “dual consideration” of Chinese characteristics and the world-class standards, the “dual evaluation” of university itself and international experts, and the “dual orientation” of problems and goals.
