环境样品中抗生素检测方法的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,抗生素对环境和人类健康的潜在威胁引起了广泛关注。环境介质中的抗生素残留会破坏环境中的微生物平衡,从而对原位微生物以及人体的健康安全产生严重的危害。因此建立高效灵敏的抗生素检测分析方法,准确地测定环境介质中抗生素的含量十分重要。文章主要综述了环境样品中抗生素的固相萃取、固相微萃取、磁性固相萃取等前处理和液相色谱法等检测技术,为抗生素的有效监管提供科学依据。 In recent years,the potential threat of antibiotics to the environment and human health has raised widespread concern.Antibiotic residues in environmental media will destroy the balance of microorganisms in the environment,thus causing serious harm to in-situ microorganisms and human health and safety.Therefore,it is very important to establish an efficient and sensitive detection and analysis method for antibiotics and accurately determine the content of antibiotics in environmental media.In this paper,solid phase extraction,solid phase microextraction,magnetic solid phase extraction and liquid chromatography(LC)for antibiotics in environmental samples were reviewed,which provided scientific basis for effective supervision of antibiotics.
