防风固沙型重点生态功能区县域生态环境质量评价及研究--以通榆县为例

Evaluation and Study on County Ecological Environment Quality of Windbreak Sand-fixation Key Ecological Function Area--A Case Study of Tongyu County

国家重点生态功能区县域生态环境质量考核工作是生态环境部会同财政部在2011年为维护国家及地区生态安全的全国主体功能区规划的一项重要工作。文章选取吉林省白城市通榆县为研究对象,利用通榆县2016年-2020年自然生态数据、环境状况数据以及相应的监管指标数据,根据相应的考核指标体系及评价方法,研究分析其生态环境质量考核评价结果,从而对通榆县防风固沙型重点生态功能区生态环境质量状况做出相应的评价,为防风固沙型县域生态环境保护与协调发展提供科学依据。

The assessment of county ecological environment quality in national key ecological function zones is an important work of the national main functional zones planning by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Ministry of Finance in 2011 to safeguard national and regional ecological security.This paper selects Tongyu County in Baicheng City,Jilin Province as the research object,uses the natural ecological data,environmental status data and corresponding regulatory index data of Tongyu County from 2016 to 2020,according to the corresponding assessment index system and evaluation method,studies and analyzes the assessment results of its ecological environment quality.Thus,the ecological environment quality of the windbreak sand-fixation key ecological function area in Tongyu County was evaluated,which provided scientific basis for the ecological environment protection and coordinated development of the windbreak sand-fixation key ecological function area.
