摘要
基于韧性与效率的协同发展视角,测算了2000年-2019年30个省(市、区)能源韧性和效率值,对两者之间的协调发展关系进行了评价,分析了能源系统可持续发展水平。结果表明:中国能源韧性及效率水平总体偏低,呈东、中、西阶梯式递减格局;能源系统发展度及协调度都呈现波动上升趋势,但能源系统发展度高低依次排列为东部、西部、中部,东部地区的能源系统协调度最低,各区域能源可持续发展水平存在差异。
Based on the perspective of synergistic development of resilience and efficiency,the resilience and efficiency values of energy systems in 30 provinces(cities and districts)from 2000 to 2019 were measured,the coordinated development relationship between them was evaluated,and the sustainable development level of energy systems was analyzed.The results show that:the overall energy system toughness and efficiency levels in China are low,with a decreasing pattern of east,middle and west steps;the energy system development degree and coordination degree both show a fluctuating upward trend,but the energy system development degree is ranked in the order of east,west and central,with the lowest energy system coordination degree in the east,and there are differences in the energy sustainable development levels of each region.
