摘要
长距离调配的水源缓和了凸显的水体短缺,但面临着多样的潜在风险,筛查水质安全风险有助于消除输水隐患,保障输水安全。文章以南水北调-引黄济青分洪道子槽输水段水质敏感区为例,基于调水期月度例行监测数据,识别子槽输水段短期及长期水质关键控制因子(KCFs),明确污染原因。结果表明渠道内长期存在有机物污染,受沿线村庄及基本农田集中区的影响,从上游至下游水质恶化;长江水与黄河水混合后能够增强水体净化作用,缓解水质风险。分析结果能够为水质风险管理提供技术支撑,保障调水工程水质安全。
Long-distance allocation of water resources could alleviate water shortage,but results ih a variety of potential risks.This paper studied water quality safety risks is helpful to eliminate hidden dangers of water transportation and ensure water transportation safety.The water quality sensitive area of the sub-channel of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project from Huang-Ji-Qing Diversion Channel was taken as an example.Based on the monthly routine monitoring data during the water transfer period,the short-term and long-term key control factors(KCFs)of the sub-channel water quality were identified to clarify the pollution causes.The results showed that organic pollutants existed in the channel for a long time,and the water quality deteriorated from upstream to downstream due to the influence of villages and primary farmland concentration areas along the channel.The mixing of water from the Yangtze River and the Yellow River can enhance water purification and alleviate water quality risk.The analysis results can provide technical support for water quality risk management and guarantee water quality safety of water diversion project.
