Ce掺杂改性对MnFe_(2)O_(4)低温选择性催化还原脱硝性能的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用水热合成法制备了Ce掺杂MnFe_(2)O_(4)催化剂,用于低温选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝。对催化剂晶型、脱硝性能和表面结构等进行分析,结果表明,Ce/(Fe+Mn)为0.5%(摩尔分数,下同)时催化剂表现出最优的SCR活性,80℃NO去除率可达100%;Ce/(Fe+Mn)分别为5.0%和10.0%时,催化剂80℃NO去除率分别降低为94%和48%。Ce的引入不改变催化剂的晶体结构,而是主要对其比表面积、孔结构、氧化还原能力和表面酸性产生影响,进而影响其脱硝性能。 A series of MnFe_(2)O_(4) catalysts doped with Ce were synthesized by hydrothermal method and used in low temperature SCR denitration test.The crystal structure,denitration performance and surface structure were analyzed.The results showed that the catalyst exhibited the best SCR activity,and the NO removal rate could reach 100%at 80℃when Ce/(Fe+Mn)was 0.5%(molar fraction,the same below).When Ce/(Fe+Mn)was 5.0%and 10.0%,respectively,the NO removal rate of the catalyst at 80℃decreased to 94%and 48%,respectively.The introduction of Ce did not change the crystal structure of the catalysts,but mainly affected specific surface area,pore structure,redox ability and surface acidity,which in turn affected denitration performance.
