Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)磁性复合材料的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附 被引量:1

摘要 先采用化学沉淀/煅烧法制备Mn_(3)O_(4),再采用水解法制备Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)磁性复合材料,并用于对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附。Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)的表征结果表明,Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)为多孔的核壳结构,BET比表面积达到184.3 m^(2)/g。Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)对MB的吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温方程和准二级动力学方程,符合单分子层化学吸附理论,且为吸热、自发过程。在25℃、300 r/min、MB的初始质量浓度为50 mg/L、初始pH为7、Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)添加量为2.00 g/L的条件下,MB脱除率可以达到90.23%。Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)经过6次回收与循环利用后,其平衡吸附量仍能达到首次平衡吸附量的87.53%,具有较好的可再生性,在印染废水处理方面具有潜在应用前景。 Mn_(3)O_(4) was prepared by chemical precipitation-calcination method,and then Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2) magnetic composite was prepared by hydrolysis method.The prepared Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2) was applied for methylene blue(MB)adsorption.Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2) was characterized and found that Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2) was of core-shell structure and porous structure.The BET specific surface area of Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2) reached 184.3 m^(2)/g.The adsorption process fit Langmuir isothermal equation and pseudo-second-order kinetics equation,which implied monomolecular-layer chemical adsorption with a spontaneous endothermic process.Under 25℃,300 r/min,MB initial mass concentration of 50 mg/L,initial pH of 7 and Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2) dosage of 2.00 g/L,MB removal rate could reach 90.23%.The equilibrium adsorption amount of Mn_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2) kept 87.53%of the original equilibrium adsorption amount after using for 6 times,which indicated a good renewability and a potential application prospect in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment.
