摘要
上海市某钢材剪切厂生产过程中机油泄漏等原因导致遗留场地被石油烃(C_(10)~C_(40))和苯并(a)芘污染。在对场地开展污染状况调查和风险评估的基础上,确定了场地修复工程量和修复方案。采用过硫酸盐氧化+生石灰活化的异位化学氧化技术对污染场地土壤进行修复,确定过硫酸钠和生石灰的添加量都为1.5%(质量分数),根据实际情况控制在1.0%~1.5%。实施修复后,土壤中石油烃(C_(10)~C_(40))和苯并(a)芘质量浓度分别降低至100、0.05 mg/kg以下,分别低于826、0.55 mg/kg的修复目标,满足修复要求。
Mainly due to oil leakage at a steel shearing plant in Shanghai,the remaining ground soil was contaminated by petroleum hydrocarbon(C_(10)-C_(40))and benzo(a)pyrene(BaP).Based on site contamination investigation and risk assessment,the remediation work amount and scheme were confirmed.The ectopic chemical oxidation technology of persulfate oxidation+quicklime activation was adapted.The addition amount of sodium persulfate and quicklime were both 1.5%(mass fraction)with permission variation from 1.0%to 1.5%according to actual situation.After remediation,the mass concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbon(C_(10)-C_(40))and BaP were below 100 and 0.05 mg/kg,respectively,which were both lower than the respective targets(826 and 0.55 mg/kg,respectively),implying that the remediation requirements had been met.
