摘要 某冷轧厂通过降低生产成本从而获得更高利润,通过优化工艺参数,在保证冷轧板各项性能不变的情况下,将5道次成材冷轧板实现了3道次成材;并将蒸汽管道与轧制油加热箱体和脱盐水箱体进行连接,实现了低温环境下利用蒸汽冷凝水的热量加热乳化液,同时利用蒸汽冷凝水补充脱盐水使其达到稳定状态。通过工艺优化与设备改造,吨钢蒸汽消耗下降0.5 t,脱盐水消耗下降0.23 t,压缩空气消耗下降37 m^(3),电能消耗下降21.59 kW·h,生产吨钢综合费用下降35.29元。 A cold rolling mill obtains higher profit by reducing production cost.By optimizing process parameters,the cold rolled sheet with 5 passes is finished with 3 passes under the condition of ensuring all properties unchanged.The steam pipeline is connected with the rolling oil heating box and the desalted water box,so that the emulsion can be heated by the heat of steam condensate in low temperature environment,and the desalted water can be supplemented by steam condensate to achieve a stable state.Through process optimization and equipment transformation,the steam consumption per ton of steel decreased by 0.5 t,desalted water consumption decreased by 0.23 t,compressed air consumption decreased by 37 m^(3),electric energy consumption decreased by 21.59 kW·h,and the comprehensive cost per ton of steel decreased by 35.29 yuan.
