摘要
针对铁耗降低与炼钢工序成本升高和产品销量增加、利润提高之间的矛盾关系,以首钢京唐公司实际生产过程中铁耗与成本数据关系为基础,采用拟合的方法构建了铁耗与边际单利、铁水废钢价差的函数模型,确定了不同市场条件下铁耗与单利的关系,以科学的算法测算,选效益最高点对应的铁耗进行控制,以实现企业利润的最大化。
In view of the contradictory relationship between the reduction of iron consumption,the increasing of steelmaking process cost,and profit increasing,based on the relationship between iron consumption and cost data in the actual production process of Shougang Jingtang company,the functional model of iron consumption,marginal simple profit and hot metal scrap price difference is constructed by fitting method,and the relationship between iron consumption and simple profit under different market conditions is determined.According to the scientific algorithm,the iron consumption corresponding to the highest benefit point is selected for control so as to maximize the profit of the enterprise.
