涪陵页岩气田平桥区块集输措施优化

摘要 为解决集输管网对低压低产井,尤其是间歇采气井的影响,从支线输送压力对气井影响、管线积液两方面分析,确定了集输管网压力合理范围,形成了反排及清管介入时机的评价指标。并建立管网实时监控系统,及时发现输压差异,并排查原因,确定清管反排措施最佳介入时机,最大化反排清管措施持续效果,提高气井产量,具有一定的经济效益。该方法对确定集输措施方案具有一定的参考价值。 In order to address the influence of the gas gathering and transmission network on low-pressure and low_production wells,especially intermittent gas production wells»the reasonable range of the gas gathering and transmission network pressure was determined from two aspects of the influence of transmission pressure on gas wells and pipeline fluid accumulation,such that the evaluation criterion for the time window of flowback and pigging intervention was formed.In addition,a real-time monitoring system of piping network was established to find transmission pressure difference in a timely manner,identify the causes,determine the optimum intervention time window of pigging and flowback,maximize the sustained effect of pigging,and to improve the production of gas wells.This method has certain reference value to determine the program of gas gathering and transmission.
