井控案例现场处置过程剖析

Analysis of Onsite Handling Process for Well Control Cases

石油行业井喷失控事故的发生暴露了施工现场从井控管理、设备选用到操作处置等方面存在的问题,这也是目前许多作业现场的共性问题。以塔里木油田博孜一X井事故为例,基于事故处置过程描述分析,对井控“三早”中易忽视的问题进行了研究,提出井喷失控事故现场处置时应注意的事项,并应引以为鉴。

The uncontrolled blowout accidents in the oil industry have exposed the problems existing in the job site from well control management,equipment selection to handling,which is also the common problems on many job sites.Taking the accident in Well Bozi-X of Tarim oilfield as an example,this paper investigates the easily-neglected problems in early detection,early shut-in and early handling based on the description and analysis of the accident handling process,and put forward the matters needing attention in the on-site handling of an uncontrollable blowout accident,from which we should learn a lesson.
