涪陵页岩气田清洁生产技术应用分析

On Application of Clean Production Technology in Fuling Shale Gas Field

实现经济高效和清洁绿色开发,对页岩气的长远发展和当地环境保护有着举足轻重的意义。从涪陵页岩气田开采工艺、技术原理、工艺流程出发,对钻井、压裂减排控污、钻屑资源化利用等主要清洁生产技术进行了分析和研究。研究表明,以节能降耗、减污增效为主的页岩气清洁生产技术体系可为国内页岩气开发行业环境保护工作提供参考。

The realization of economically efficient,clean and green development is of great significance to the long-term development of shale gas and local environmental protection.Based on the production technology,technical principle and process flow of Fuling shale gas field,such main clean production technologies are analyzed as drilling,fracturing flowback reduction and contamination control,recycling of cuttings and others.The research reveals that the clean production technology for shale gas can provide reference for the environmental protection of shale gas development in China.
