摘要
为降低深井、超深井井口压力和作业风险,同时减少井温过高对冲砂钻磨液粘度及减阻性能的影响,针对性开发出一种JHYF耐高温加重型冲砂钻磨液。实验室研究证明,该体系具有良好的耐温耐盐及抗剪切性能,在180℃,170 s^(-1)-520 s^(-1)-170 s^(-1)变剪切速率条件下,粘度恢复率达90%以上,室内减阻率≥70%,加重密度1.0〜1.5 g/cm^(3)可调。该体系应用于SHB1CX井,各项性能优异,应用效果突出,不仅降低了冲砂钻磨及洗井时的泵注摩阻,更有效降低了井口压力和作业风险。
In order to reduce the wellhead pressure and operation risk in deep and ultra-deep wells,and reduce the influence of high well temperature on the viscosity and drag reduction performance of clean-out drilling fluid,a JHYF high temperature resistant weighted clean-out drilling fluid was developed.Laboratory studies have proved that the system features good temperature,salt and shear resistance.Under the condition of variable shear rate of 170S-1-520S-1-170S-1 at 180℃,the viscosity recovery rate is over 90%,the indoor drag reduction rate is≥70%,and the weight density is adjustable from 1.0-1.5 g/cm^(3).The system was applied to Well SHB1CX with excellent performance and outstanding application results.It not only reduced the pumping friction during clean-out,drilling and well flushing,but also effectively decreased the wellhead pressure and operational risk.
