储气库井密封检测仪研制及其应用

摘要 研制的JHN-100型Φ43mm气密封检测测井仪以近、远计数率曲线变化幅度的半幅点作为气水界面,通过24 h气水界面累计变化量来判断腔体密封性。对多储气井进行测量得知,JHN-100型Φ43mm气密封检测测井仪不仅可以进行小孔径管柱带压力测井,还能精准监控套管外气液界面深度,有效解决地下储气库井腔体密封检测问题。该研究可供广大储气库建设同仁借鉴。 The JHN-100Φ43mm gas tightness logging tool is developed,with the half-amplitude point of the variation amplitude of the near and far counting rate curves as the gas-water interface,and the tightness performance of the cavity is determined by the cumulative variation of the gas-water interface within 24h.The JHN-100Φ43mm gas tightness logging tool is capable of not only logging the pressure of a slimhole string,but also accurately monitoring the depth of gas-liquid interface outside of the casing,so as to effectively address the issue of testing the tightness of the cavity of the underground gas storage facility.The research can be used for reference by the peers in the construction of underground gas storage facilities.
